BUZZ Bingo (formerly run by the Gala Bingo Club business until the year 2018) is known as one of Britain’s largest bingo clubs and sites. It benefits from a loyal following and offers excellent company, particularly during the current coronavirus epidemic and lockdown as many people are at home, furloughed from their jobs. With these impressive creds in mind, plus plenty of positive online reviews for the site around the web, we were keen to see what all the fuss was about. So, we took a closer look at the site, evaluating its design, the gameplay on offer, forms of payment accepted, security and mobile compatibility. Here, we share our online casino reviews

Buzz Bingo has an excellent design

Is the BUZZ Bingo Website Nicely Designed?

Overall, the design of the pages are very nice, which is excellent news. The pink and purple colour scheme is beautiful and complementary. At the top of the page, all the latest bonuses and promotions are clearly displayed in the banner. Separation of categories is also very clear. Something we particularly love is the way bonuses and balances park at the top of the page, including the way that quick deposits can also be made from here. Equally, users can also access top jackpot options from here. BUZZ Bingo bonus code can be entered at the top of the page, while the animated logo is a nice touch.

Within the main body of the page, different gameplay categories are visible, which is a definite bonus. We particularly like the section which picks out games suited to the individual player. Contrastingly, the page footer is very informative, with particular emphasis on awards, of which, BUZZ Bingo online appear to have bagged many! We were reassured to see licensing and operating information displayed here, as well as payment information and links to the live chat. Just be patient with this, as the website has said that enquiries are unusually high at the minute due to the coronavirus lockdown. A handy feature was the ‘up’ button which is particularly useful on a content-packed website, taking the need for someone to have to endlessly scroll to park at the top of the page.

The page background was not overwhelming and certainly fits well with the overall bingo theme, which is not dissimilar to an actual bingo hall or bingo clubs. As we continue to the separate pages themselves, the key elements of the page remain pretty much the same. The layout of graphics for each game is appealing, clear and clutter-free. The cursor triggered animation is a particularly nice touch. On the downside, the graphics are a little too packed in, making the page feel quite cluttered. Nevertheless, there are some useful filters, including a search bar, which is great if someone wants to look for a specific title, like one that involves spins.

Equally, the tournaments page is informative. Here, prize funds and ‘no required spins’ are displayed for each game, in addition to the number of active gamblers, and the time until the tournament ends. All live gameplay has its own page, with a good selection on offer. We particularly love the dedicated ‘promotions page’, which saves participants from searching all over the internet to see ones on offer.

What Gameplay is on Offer?

As you’d expect, there are lots of bingo options on offer, some of which will be familiar with most players, like ‘Deal or no Deal’ and ‘The Voice’. There are other good categories to choose from, like high jackpot gameplay, 1p games, and even a free bingo room! Some gameplay looks excellent only for the fun element, like ‘Rainbow Riches’ and ‘Fluffy Favourites Bingo’. A club room also exists for the website itself, and exclusive gameplay to the website also exists which again, is a good bonus and great news for those seeking different gameplay.

In addition to bingo, we were pleased to see plenty of slots on offer, some of which were new or exclusive to the website, with fun opportunities for spins. Categories also existed for the jackpot and scratchcard options, which we were happy to see, as not many websites offer them.

The gameplay on offer was equally impressive, with an emphasis on new and exclusive gameplay within many different themes. The TV show and movie themes were particularly popular, with gameplay surrounding the likes of Batman and Superman, Ace Ventura Pet Detective, The Mask of Zorro, The Matrix and even Dirty Dancing! However, only a limited number of card and table options were on offer, most being roulette spins. Otherwise, there was plenty of themed gameplay available. Like classical and contemporary themes, as well as the latest sports themes, which may prove popular during the coronavirus outbreak as people are furloughed.

In terms of tournaments, there is one slots tournament played on the hour every hour, every Wednesday, which includes a power hour at 7pm. The website has also said that a live category also exists, in gameplay like roulette/spins, blackjack, Macau and casino options. There’s also a special picks section, as well as a gameshow section, instant win and a section dedicated to gameplay in the Kingdom’s Rise category.

What Forms of Payment are Accepted?

PayPal, Paysafecard and Apple Pay are all accepted at this establishment. People can register up to three bank cards, in addition to another form of payment. However, bank cards can no longer continue to be used for deposits and withdrawals, which is fairly bad news. Players don’t have to pay any fees for making withdrawals or deposits. However, it usually does take between one and three days for deposits to process. It might even sometimes take beyond ten days, which is a bit of a drawback. One thing we really love is the fact that participants can set their own deposit limits. This is definitely a massive bonus!

Equally, withdrawals are easy and usually clear within a week to appear in a participants account. However, it can take up to ten days. While most payments allow withdrawals, participants are restricted to the method used previously to make a deposit, to the value of at least £5. Withdrawals usually process within 48 hours, but normally process much quicker. After this, it can take between two and five days to reach a participants account, however, if PayPal is used, this happens instantly.

Is this Bingo Website Considered Safe and Secure?

Security is something this Bingo website promises to take very seriously. Random security checks sometimes take place on accounts, and customer transactions are sometimes recorded as well. Sometimes, ID, or other information, is requested from participants. If not complied with, that account might be closed, or payments may be stopped. Anti-fraud checks are also completed periodically, and data sometimes checked with a credit reference or fraud prevention agency. Reassuringly, the website is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission.

Player support is outstanding. Participants are welcomed to email the support team on any matter they want, whether good or bad! Alternatively, live chat and telephone support are available between the hours of 10 am and 10 pm, where staff are on hand to answer basic questions. We will say, though, that participants may be in for a wait, considering the pressure of COVID at the moment. Additionally, customers can speak to staff while actually playing the games themselves and players are always guaranteed to get a quick response.

BUZZ Bingo promises to take all complaints very seriously and try their best to rectify any problems quickly. If a player isn’t happy in the way a complaint is being dealt with, they can follow a complaint and dispute procedure. A dedicated help section is available on the website, covering FAQ’s, information about safer gambling and the complaints procedure, rules of play and a comprehensive glossary. Of course, if participants can’t find what they’re looking for here, they can use one of the many contact options available.

Can You Play on Your Smartphone or Tablet at this Casino?

Absolutely! The website is accessible on any iOS or Android device thanks to it being fully mobile responsive, and this is a good bonus. Regardless of the device being used, the website continues to offer high-quality gameplay and spins. So, whether you’re catching a train to Nottinghamshire, or are just on a lunch break in between your jobs, you can play wherever you are. No mobile app is currently available for BUZZ Casino that caters for things like spins on the go. However, we’re sure one will be released in time.

Aside from Online Casino Reviews, is it Really Worth Joining this Website?

A key bonus of becoming a member of Buzz Bingo is the design of the website. We like the excellent categorisation of gameplay, and the fact filters and a search feature are available, so players can find exactly what they are looking for. Pages are very informative, so users will always know relevant information about each title. It’s easy to access bonuses and promotions at the top of each page, and a dedicated promo page is also available. It’s great that the website is also fully responsive on mobile.

BUZZ Bingo, which rebranded from another bingo business, Gala in the year 2018, has an excellent gameplay offering. As you’d expect, bingo options are in their fair share, and it’s perhaps one of the best options for bingo. However, there’s also a good choice of slot, casino/spins and live gameplay. We particularly liked the fact that scratch card options were available as this isn’t always the case with other casino websites.

In terms of payment, up to three different bank cards can be registered on the website, and no fees are applied when making a deposit. In fact, customers can set their own deposit limits, and we think this is a really neat feature! Players can withdraw as little as £5 at a time, and winnings can be taken out instantly using PayPal if needed.

We’re pleased to see that this casino takes security so seriously, unlike other sites out there. Participants can feel reassured they will feel safe while playing on this site. The website is fully regulated in Great Britain, and an excellent range of support options are available from this company, like live chat, email support, phone support and mail. Participants can also access the many help pages on offer to see if that will answer their question before they reach out to customer services.

On the downside, we think that the website could make a review or two to make it even more appealing. Particularly regarding the website design, gameplay offered, and payment options. This is perhaps particularly important during these challenging times, and COVID, to keep customers on the website.

The title button graphic links tend to be squashed into the page, which somewhat takes away the otherwise excellent curb appeal of the website. There aren’t many table or card games offered, and the number of tournaments on BUZZ Bingo are limited to just slots. Additionally, tournaments only occur on a Wednesday, so the website could consider other tournament days during the week.

Payment options are somewhat limited, and only PayPay, plus a couple of other choices are available. Some payment options can take up to, or even beyond ten days which personally, we feel is too long. Especially if you’re in great need of your winnings. Unusually, the website no longer accepts deposits or withdrawals either.
